Coasters are not waterproof and only meant for one time use.

Printing:
Text will either be printed in colour shown on product, or you can request a different colour to print. We cannot always guarantee this colour will be available to print, please email us to check before placing your order to avoid disappointment.


Please ensure all information and spelling is correct, we do not take responsibility for errors due to customer oversight.

For Standard Design Coasters:
Once your order is placed, your coasters will be sent to print and packed and shipped straight to you within 2-3 weeks from payment.

For Custom Coasters (Names & Details)
Once your order is placed, a design proof will be sent to you within 72 hours to check details, spelling etc

2 revision rounds are provided free of charge to make any necessary changes.  No changes can be made after these revisions rounds

Once approved, your order will be sent straight to print and packed for delivery 2-3 weeks after approval.

Please allow 3-4 weeks from placing your order, for it to be shipped.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping times may vary depending on busy periods. We do not take responsibility for courier/Aus Post delays.
