Welcome to Pepa Studios!  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online store and the purchase of invitations, printed materials, and related products from our website.  
Please read them carefully and ensure you understand before commencing your order. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and purchase products. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pepa Studios. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement.  For custom orders via email, a 50% deposit will be taken prior to commencing, and payment must be made in full prior to your order going into production.

All orders must be checked prior to submitting payment. Change of mind circumstances are not allowed once payment has been made as refunds are not permitted. Customers are solely responsible for their order details upon submitting. 

Pepa Studios do not allow cancellations on orders placed via the website, it is strongly advised to thoroughly check your order before placing, as orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.  By placing your order, you agree to these Terms outlined.

 

COPYRIGHT

All designs, images, and content used on our website and proofs are the intellectual property of Pepa Studios. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

Concept, creative and revision briefs, as well as approved completed designs may be used, promoted and displayed on this website, social media, advertising material & all unrestricted contexts. If you wish not to have your design displayed, please advise at time of completed purchase.

 

ARTWORK

Customers may submit their own artwork for use in some customisable products. All submitted artwork such as photos and logos must be in high resolution format, if client cannot provide high resolution, they will be informed and their products will be printed as per their supplied artwork.
Pepa Studios will advise customers upon submitting artwork if there is a problem with their artwork, however does not take responsibility for low quality or pixelated content after it has been flagged and not able to be replaced, and will proceed to production upon final approval.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that they own all rights to the artwork or have obtained all necessary permissions for its use.

 

DELAYS & TURNAROUND TIMES

To ensure your order is fulfilled and delivered in time for your event, we recommend placing your order no earlier than 4 weeks from your event.  While we aim to fulfill orders as quick as we can, production and shipping delays can often impact these deadlines. 
If a customer chooses to order within 4 weeks of their desired event date, we do not take any responsibility for items not arriving before the 4 weeks.  We always encourage to order at least 4 weeks out from your event to ensure enough time.

Production on all orders will not commence until written approval has been provided by the customer.  Pepa Studios will not be held responsible for any delays as a result of response time from customer including delayed written approval, incorrect information being supplied, changes in revision rounds and overall delay in response time from the customer. 

 

COLOURS

Please note the colours shown on your proof via screen (phone/computer) will display different to printed material.  Due to being shown in RGB format, whereas print material is printed in CMYK format.
The final design may differ slightly in colour from your on-screen proof.

While we work really hard to colour match as best we can, this cannot be guaranteed across all printed items.  Refunds & returns are not accepted for colour differences from screen proof to final printed order as this is unavoidable.

Pepa Studios cannot be held responsible for any colour differences and variations across different media and substrates.

 

PROOFING & APPROVALS

Our invitations and printed materials allow for limited personalisation only.  Names, wording, details and supplied photos are all customisable, however fonts and layouts are not.

After customisation details are provided and order is placed, a digital proof will be sent to your nominated email address within 48-72 hours from purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof for errors and make changes as necessary, this includes spelling errors, incorrect dates etc.  Pepa Studios does not take responsibility for errors or incorrect information provided by the customer, it is the customers obligation to provide accurate information.

2 revision rounds ONLY are allowed, please ensure your details and wording are finalised within these two revision rounds, as no more changes are permitted after this.  Once approved, no further changes can be made.

For any errors discovered AFTER final approval of the design has been sent by the customer, then the customer is solely responsible, and will incur all additional costs for reprinting & shipping at their expense.

 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

All orders are produced and manufactured in Australia.  Production of all orders commences when written approval is supplied by the customer.  Production time can vary depending on the order, which is why we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks out from your required date.

Pepa Studios uses Australia Post for all shipping requirements. You will be supplied a tracking number the same day your order is dispatched.  Please note Pepa Studios does not take responsibility of shipping delays that Aus Post may face at the time.

Currently we are only serving and delivering to Australian customers only, however if you do require international shipping please email us at hello@pepastudios.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.

Although the highest level of care is taken when prepping and packing your order, Pepa Studios cannot be held responsible for any damaged items or loss of parcels in transit with Australia Post.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personalized nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders unless there is a physical manufacturing error.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of physical manufacturing errors or defective products. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product to hello@pepastudios.com.au for a review but are not guaranteed.  Discretion from Pepa Studios will advise of final outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepa Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Products or website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
